I am passionate about helping patients relieve chronic injuries, maintain active lifestyles & reduce stress through an intuitive but collaborative approach.

Just a small town girl, living in a broken world. She went to Massage Therapy school and thrived. Well, there was a whole song and dance in the middle there too. I sing in the shower and you can probably see me driving (Not well) around YYC with the windows down and the system up. It’s not easy having dance parties in your car, OK?

I absolutely love Massage Therapy. It gives me such joy to be able to help people, lending a ear & an elbow.

While my focus is mainly preventative, & injury based treatments. I can rally a sweet froufrou treatment with a mean scalp massage. I like to educate my patients so they understand what they need and how I can best facilitate that. I specialize in Therapeutic, perinatal (pre & post natal care), Cupping, and Rapid NFR.

I opened my own Mobile Massage Service in 2016, where I got to know my clients families and pets and its truly a wonderful experience, having a patients trust is of the utmost importance. snuggling babies and pets is pretty awesome too!

While I still do a limited amount of Mobile, You can mostly find me at my new location in Mission, Calgary. It’s beautiful and neighborhood to some of the best grub in the city. I am a total foodie, so basically I am in heaven.

I love to learn constantly to perfect my skills so that I can give the most beneficial treatment to my patients. I look forward to helping you and your family.
